In the middle of all the hassle and bustle of life- is a center.
In this center is a calm from all the day to day movement. 
Like the mist that comes off of a gentle wave- there is purpose.
This purpose is love and it will carry you throughout life's many moments.
Love gives us a reason to be still, take a deep breath, and thank God for living.
I take this moment to thank God for my life -for all the love and purpose I am living. I am grateful for the opportunity to experience my many blessings. I hope to honor life by living healthy, joyous, and lovely.
